1. How much do you charge for set up and delivery?
Bouncy Things and More does not charge for delivery in the following towns:

3. What method of payment do you accept?
We accept, cash, money order, Visa, Master Card or American Express.

4. What size area is required to accommodate the moon walk?

5. How long does it take to set up a moon walk?
It takes approximately 15 minutes to set up a moonwalk. It takes a little bit longer to deflate it and remove it.

6. What type of surface can the moonwalk be placed on?
Grass, Concrete, Asphalt or Bark only. It must be placed on a flat surface.

7. Can I have a moon walk at a local park?
You will need to check with the park & recreation department in that town to make sure they allow inflatable equipment, etc. in the park. You, not Bouncy Things and More are responsible for any permits or fees that are needed.

8. Where will the power come from at a park?
While most parks do not have electrical resources that you can utilize, many modern mini vans have AC power plugs you can utilize. If not, then you will need a generator.

9. Is the rental for a 24-hour period or one day?
Our rental times are for a single working day. For instance, if you need the equipment for Saturday and Sunday, that is considered two days. At certain times we may elect to leave the "pickup" of the equipment until the following day. You will never be charged extra if we fail to pick up the equipment the same day of your event.

10. Do I have to clean anything when we are done. Or will you do that?
If possible, a quick sweep of the inside of the moonwalk is all that is necessary. If using the spin art machine, the paint is water-soluable and should clean up with warm soapy water.

Q. Do your prices include the straws?
Yes, your rental fee includes straws, caps, candy and pick up and removal.

Q. Can I buy just the candy? Just the straws?
No, the candy and straws are NOT sold separately.

Q. Will the Sandy Candy^TM I receive be enough for all the straws in my order?
Yes. When your order arrives, you will receive MORE than enough candy in plastic pointed-tipped bottles, as well as the amount of straws ordered and caps.

Q. It seems like there's a lot of sugar in the straws; how much do they hold?
Don't worry, The 6-inch straw holds less than one tablespoon of Sandy Candy.

Q. What is Sandy Candy^TM made of?
Ingredients include: Sugar, Malic Acid, Artificial Flavors and colors (FD + C Yellow #5 + #6, Blue #1, Red #40). There is NO Rabbinical Stamp of Approval, but the ingredients are kosher. One regular (12-inch) straw has only 65 calories and 0 grams of fat.

Q. How do you make the candy straws?
All you do is pour and eat! The candy comes in clear plastic bottles with pointed tips. The tip is snipped off with scissors (by an adult) and the candy poured directly into the straw. No funnels, no spoons, no fuss, no mess!
